turnedlight reserves the right to amend and or remove the content of this website at any time and without prior notice. This includes prices and postage.

If an item is out of stock, because two people attempt to purchase an item at the same time, I will let you know as soon as possible, and give a full refund - my apologies if this happens.

Ordering

No contract of sale between turnedlight and you exists until full payment via paypal has been accepted and the funds have cleared. If there is any problem with your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

 Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days. Please contact me straight away. As long as the item is returned in a resaleable condition (please package item carefully, as I do when sending to you) I will offer a full refund. If you would like to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible - if the item has already been dispatched, however, you will be charged for the postage and packing.

Damaged goods

Goods are carefully packaged in order that they should arrive in perfect condition. However, if the item is damaged in transit, please return it - your money will be refunded within 7 days of having received the damaged item for inspection. Please use a 'signed for' shipment method. Please contact me first to speed the process.

The hand made glass beads on these pages remain the intellectual property of Kathryn Ward. Any attempts to resell these items giving false credit to another maker constitutes theft under national and international property right laws.
